Just a Maryland girl at heart

Gawd, I want to drive through Germany after reading your post! LoL, I also check out what cereals they eat in different countries - in Japan, they have Snoopy Flakes in chocolate and strawberry! cuuuutie!

What a great story! You guys are really fortunate to have found one another!
Ray brought us some Nutella after his first trip to Europe. You can buy it here now.
Oh yeah, we can buy it here too. I like to put it inside crescent rolls and bake them, so yummy. It's been around as long as I can remember. It's just different eating it inside a crepe as you walk along the streets of Paris. Sadly, I can't buy that here! ;-)

I love this post. What is it about so many of us Baltimorians that we never get farther than Ocean City? Somehow it seems like people who live elsewhere aren't as unlikely as we are to travel. In many ways, Chris opened up the world for me. One of the blessings I took from our marriage even though the marriage itself didn't work was the realization that the world outside of Maryland could be more than just something I read about. And now, I want to share that experience with Lee, who is another Baltimore native who has never traveled too far from our little world.
What the heck is Nutella?!

That was a great story and must have been a dream come true. I want to go to Ireland.. maybe someday *sigh*.

Oh Janie, that is so wonderful I almost cried! (I'm sappy that way) I just LOVED the pictures, him by himself, and then him with you, on the same street! How awesome is that??? Honestly, that is the best love story I've read in a while. You guys so totally rock!

what a beautiful post! I would love to say I have visited all those lovely places! but as much as i love to travel (a lot) - there is something special about having your little town just for you the rest of the time. =) and one day I aim to find that place!
