Mr. Val and I are big fans of pork, and pork rinds in particular. We learned about Pork Cracklin's from the internets, but sadly we live in Yankee country where there is nothing like this to be found.

That's hysterical, and being a southern girl I can honestly say I have had LOTS of Fat Back in my days....but I've never had it WITH a bible verse..

Ooh, those are just evil (but tasty)... hence the Bible verse to balance it out, I suppose.
