Nothing like waking up to the sound of freezing rain falling and the power going out! It's been a fun day folks. Cover everything with half an inch of ice, give or take, five kids home from school, throw in a power outage, it makes for a real fun time!
Yes, that is a tiki. He is one of a set. He was carved out of dead trees by our swimming pool by the father of a previous owner. Poor tiki has icicles dripping from his face.
Ok, I was ready to write a long entry about going from 5am til 5pm with only one hour of power during that time. But the lights just flickered, so I think I'll just wrap this up.
